Mail Theft is Back!

Deputy Bilbo has advised the Mayor that mail theft is becoming an issue again, probably due to taxes being due and refunds being issued causing more checks in the mail. There have been reports of a Gray Chevy Colorado pick up with a Texas tag JLT601 and a "white car" involved in two thefts recently. The Texas tag was not a current valid tag.
