The Regular Meetings of the BOZA shall be held on the 2nd Thursday of each month at 6:00pm in the CITY HALL, 5 Forest Park Drive, Suites G, Holiday Island, AR. Public notice of the BOZA Regular Meetings and business to be carried on will be published in the Carroll County News at least one (1) time seven (7) days prior to the meeting.
Notice of BOZA Public Hearings, typically scheduled for 6:00pm, will be published in the Carroll County News at least one (1) time fifteen (15) days prior to the Public Hearing.
All BOZA hearings and meetings are open to the public (unless the Governor has declared an emergency that affects public meetings, such as happened with the Covid-19 pandemic). The public is invited to attend in person and participate during the designated Public Comments part of each Hearing and Meeting.
