Building Code Enforcement

The City of Holiday Island has established its Building Code in order to regulate construction, renovation, and maintenance of residential and commercial structures within the city.  The adopted codes are to insure minimum requirements are met to safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of the buildings' occupants and their neighbors.

The City has also established a process for issuing building permits, conducting inspections, issuing certificates of occupancy upon confirmation that all legal requirements have been met, and handling complaints of violations submitted by the public.
