The REGULAR meetings of the HICPC are typically held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 3:00 p.m. in the CITY HALL at 5 FOREST PARK DRIVE, Suite G, Holiday Island, AR, unless a PUBLIC HEARING is scheduled on that day. Every attempt will be made to publish the agenda for a regular meeting two (2) business days prior to the meeting. Special meetings can be scheduled by the HICPC Chairman as necessary with the proper two (2) hour notification to those members of the public and press that have requested notification.
Planning Commission PUBLIC HEARINGS are typically held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. in the CITY HALL at 5 FOREST PARK DRIVE, Suite G, Holiday Island, AR.
The REGULAR meeting will typically follow the conclusion of the PUBLIC HEARING.
The Holiday Island Planning Commission meetings are open to the public (unless the Governor has declared an emergency that affects public meetings, such as happened with the Covid-19 pandemic). The public is invited to attend in person and participate
during the designated Public Comments part of each meeting.
