Ordinances 2025-003 and 2025-004, adopted October 16, 2025, establish the requirements for a business license to operate a business in the City of Holiday Island.

Business License Application steps:

Select required form below to download and print a copy of the Application; alternatively you may pick up a copy of the form at the City Office.

Contact the Holiday Island Fire Department at 479-253-8397 to schedule an inspection of your business location.

Bring the completed and signed off inspection report along with your completed license application to the City Office.

The appropriate fee is paid at the time the Application is submitted.

Business License Inspection Forms
These are the forms used by the Fire Department and the Building Inspector to inspect your premises as required by ordinances that pertain to your particular business. A review of these forms will better prepare you for what to expect during your inspection. The Short-Term Rental Fire Inspection Report will serve as a Certificate of Occupancy for Short Term Rental Properties.
