JOINT CITY COUNCIL/HISID BOC WORKSHOP -- Saturday, July 12, 2025

I wanted to make sure that as many people as possible are aware of the joint City Council/HISID BOC workshop scheduled for this Saturday at 9:00 in the Ballroom. This will be the 2^nd of such workshops intended to develop a long range plan for Holiday Island. The 1^st session was basically brainstorming, but a subgroup was established to take on roads as an initial step. On Saturday, that subgroup will make a presentation on their work to date. There will also be discussion on what it costs for HISID and the City to provide necessary services and the possible sources of funding. The 1^st workshop held in January was very productive and non-confrontational with a lot of good input from the public.

There is a meeting announcement, along with the agenda and a recap of what was discussed in the 1^st workshop, posted on the city website. I hope to see as many of you there as possible.
